Minitasks, at minitareas.presticorp.com , organize your work and keep track of it. Boards, photos, and a public link: your client can verify your completion. Log in with Google or with your username and email. If you register with your email, you'll need to confirm the link sent to your inbox.

Boards, lists, checklists, and photos

The workflow starts on the board. Lists and cards; the team sees the same status. Each card can hold checklists, photos, and notes. You can share an entire board or just a list. It's perfect for trades, remodeling, maintenance, interior design, creative studios, and events: pending tasks are visible, not buried in a lost WhatsApp thread.

Team chat

The team chat is accessed via a floating button. There's an account chat room, and you can also send a message to a specific person. You can quote a board, a list, a card, or a team member. There are ten gestures: like, love, laugh, wow, sad, angry, applause, fire, party, and thanks. The unread count is displayed on the button. This chat is internal: you send the client the link, not a WhatsApp bot.

Activities

In Users, each person has a history of recent activity. This shows who created or updated a board, changed a list or card, checked off a checklist item, typed or sent a gesture in chat, created a confirmation link, invited someone, or registered a payment. The last 15 actions are saved.

Confirmation link and seal

When creating the link, you specify the client's name and, optionally, a specific list and an expiration date. You copy the link or open it in WhatsApp. The client logs in without an account, views the completed tasks, and stamps them with their name and the date. There's no WhatsApp API; you choose the chat. In the Pro version, the stamp is applied to each completed task.

Team, organization and notices

The admin invites users via email with either the admin or client role. The invitee activates the account. In the Organization section, you can see the account members and which boards or lists are shared. Notifications alert you to changes made by other users that you haven't yet accessed. Each user can add a photo and name so that others can recognize them on the board and in the chat.

Profile and plans

In your profile, you can change your display name, photo, and password, and view your plan. If you paid for a single month, you can see its expiration date. If you have a subscription, you can see the next payment due or if the last payment attempt failed.

Pro costs 249 Mexican pesos per month: unlimited boards and links, client badge, 30-day trial or automatic subscription. Payment is made via Mercado Pago or PayPal.
